To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. If a returned sale item is received without authorization, no refund will be given. If you opt to donate a portion of your order to charity at checkout, your order will only be eligible for an exchange.
The return window for full-priced items purchased at Hat&Hor, 59 rue de Ponthieu – 75008 Paris, is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
You can return the product at your expense.

Please allow 8-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If eligible for a return, please contact customer@hat-et-hor.com , providing the item name(s) you would like to return and request for the return. Once approved, please send the return back to our warehouse with the original packing slip in the box. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a Credit Memo email will be sent, and the refund will be processed.
For exchanges, please email customer@hat-et-hor.com with your order number and desired size. If you are granted approval to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the product to the warehouse and we will bear the charges for the exchange product.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer service at customer@hat-et-hor.com and include a photo of the product you received.
Gift cards are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
