REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our company’s products, all Hat&Hor™ products are refundable except for the launch of the site and the first pre-sales (under conditions for more information go to the return and refund page) and this can be achieved by following our regular product return procedure. If you have any questions about any of these products, please email support@hat-et-hor.com before purchasing the product.
Refundable items must comply with our return policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Items should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, if applicable, and placed in a protective outer box for shipping.
Sophisticated products like jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and paperwork provided therein.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
